about molly
Molly Oubre is a Houston-born actor/singer/model based in New York. Whether interpreting a song, embodying a character, or collaborating on a new piece, she approaches her work with curiosity and a commitment to honesty that resonates on stage and screen.

Molly recently graduated from the University of Minnesota Guthrie BFA Actor Training Program. She has studied extensively in on-camera technique, voice, and movement, including training with artists from the Royal Shakespeare Company and the Guthrie Theatre. She has appeared in lead roles in several short films, including "Eugene, It Was Really Nothing", "From Cradle to Grave", and "Lab Rats". Her screen work is informed by years of classical and contemporary stage training, allowing her to bring depth and specificity to every on-camera performance.

Outside of performance, Molly loves everything creative, so you can often find her immersing herself in a TV series, making clothes, or doing both at once. Onstage or on screen, she seeks work that challenges expectations and connects with audiences on a meaningful level.
